New Enrollment for Adult Programs!

With our first 10-week session coming to a close, we will soon be starting up enrollment for our next set of 10-weeks for both Adult classes: I Am Fit & I Am Protected



Currently enrolled members can continue to train in the same classes to better improve their movement skill and work towards making the techniques more efficient, natural, & instinctual (which is the ultimate goal of all the movement skills we teach you!).

As conditioning, efficiency, ease & comfort (as well as instinctiveness for the Self-defense program) occurs with your abilities, you'll be progressed to the next level. In the Self-defense case, the next progression is the Structural Self-defense Program, and for the I Am Fit class, you will be exposed to more techniques that requires the strength and conditioning you gained from the Level 1 program; more jumping techniques, & cooperation scenarios that make the movements helpful & Vital for life threatening situations; for example.

In the meantime, keep training, keep moving & developing your movement competency. Or if you are a new member, remember that we are here to help you go as far as you're willing to go; to help you experience self-discovery through movement; and practical skill development!

  1. Hey i'm really intrigued by this blog. Fitness and self defense sound awesome to me. And i guess this is something we should all learn and aim for. Will follow up more here
